Theresa is a licensed professional counselor with over 9 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents. She specializes in helping clients manage/reduce low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, work/life balance, and life transitions. Theresa’s services are centered around increasing self-awareness, relational healing, personal growth, and relationship changes.

Melissa brings vast experience working with adults and adolescents diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression) and crises. She has experience providing service to Active Duty and Retired military veterans (post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual, physical, and emotional trauma, and substance-related issues).

She assists clients in processing trauma by integrating Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Cognitive Processing Therapy & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
