To book an initial appointment, click the Request Appointment button below and fill in your information. Browse our therapists beforehand to find the right match and location. Please note: you are only able to see a therapist within the state of your residence for virtual therapy.
Which therapist is right for me?
When choosing a therapist, you look for a location, specialty, and someone who holds a lot of your same values and is going to work for you and with you. A therapist should be licensed in your state and provide a safe space for you to process your feeling and emotions, but also allow you to determine your goals for therapy.

As a therapist, we always say, "I can give you a menu, but you as the client will need to choose what you're ordering" Our therapy style is to encourage you to make decisions and process your feelings, but also to not dictate the speed at which you achieve those goals.
General Session Pricing
Prices listed below are self-pay or out-of-network pricing and are for general purposes. For self-pay clients, we accept major credit cards as forms of payment. You can access the payment portal through the Existing Client page.

Cancellation policy
Session Payments
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure that you cancel with the therapist either by email or text at least 24 hours beforehand.

Please note that you will be charged the full rate of the session for cancellations that are not deemed emergencies.
For self-pay clients, we accept major credit cards as forms of payment. You will be invoiced at the time of each session.
Insurances Accepted
The Nourished Nest currently accepts most major commercial insurance plans. We currently do not accept Medicaid. We suggest you contact your insurance provider to verify coverage prior to your first appointment.
