About Us

The Nourished Nest Therapy & Consulting provides quality mental health services to residence in Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Virginia.

Therapy is a process where trust and safety are two ingredients that assist in formulating a therapeutic relationship.

Virtual Therapy is conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform, encouraging the client to find their own safe space, but access a therapist who can assist them in processing their goals and provide support.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a joint process whose common goal is to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone, a past or current trauma, self-esteem, to learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals.
