Imagine coming to a group of individuals who are dealing with similar issues and finding the process of being able to create a safe space, while also learning new coping skills that can assist you in finding balance.
Although online support groups can be misunderstood as those traditional groups that include a basement and a circle of hard uncomfortable chairs, online support can be done in your car, your home, and any safe place that you have where you can connect.

Online Support Groups are COMING SOON!
Our online support groups are :
-
Small & limited to about 8-10 participants which creates more of a safe space, creating a meeting that promotes quality vs. quantity.
-
The groups are facilitated by licensed therapists who are able to provide coping strategies, but also encouraging participants to see the potential to change for growth.
-
For anyone who is willing to be receptive to the process of sharing feelings and thoughts, professionals, moms, and those who just simply need support from others.
All Online Groups will be offered in all locations and will include:

substance abuse caregiver
support
For families and caregivers of those dealing with substance abuse issues. Substance use can impact a family system significantly. Caregivers can experience burn out, isolation and it can be difficult to process feelings with those who may not understand or have compassion for addiction.

Outpatient Therapy
The Nourished Nest Mental Health Outpatient program is an online group program that allows individuals to work on coping skills for mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or even just stress management. Different than a traditional outpatient program, which is primarily for individuals who are dealing with substance use disorders, our mental health outpatient allows for individuals to work cohesively with others to address ways to deal with stress, from relationships, employment, or everyday situations.
